ANNUAL DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT DATES
Moderators please note: Pi Delta Phi deadlines are firm. We kindly ask that you respect all deadlines below. Please plan well ahead when ordering memberships and supplies.

Fall
September 1—Deadline for undergraduate scholarship winners to submit a report about their study abroad experience and thank you letter in writing, and photographs to the Executive Director.
October 15—Recommended deadline for students submit their membership forms and payment to the chapter Moderator (for fall inductions); Moderators keep the forms on file in their departments.
November 1—Deadline (postmarked) for undergraduate regular members to apply for scholarships.
November 1—Deadline to submit photos (and any captions of student names) and submissions to the Fall edition of our newsletter À vous l'honneur: news@pideltaphi.org
Early November—National Pi Delta Phi Day celebrated on the first day of AATF's National French Week.
November 20—Deadline for orders and full payment of memberships and supplies for fall inductions.

The national office of Pi Delta Phi closes during the winter/Christmas break.
Spring
February 15—Deadline (postmarked) for Regular graduate student members to apply for the President's Graduate Student Scholarship.
February 16—Undergraduate scholarship winners notified.
March 1—Graduate scholarship winners notified.
March 15—Recommended deadline to have students submit their membership forms and payment to the chapter Moderator (for spring inductions); Moderators keep the forms on file in their departments.
April 1—Deadline to apply for a new chapter and to arrange for a spring chapter installation ceremony; applications received after April 1 will be installed during the next (fall) semester.
April 1—Deadline to submit photos (and any captions of student names) and submissions to the Spring edition of our newsletter À vous l'honneur: news@pideltaphi.org
April 20—Deadline for orders and full payment of memberships and supplies for spring inductions.
May 15—Recommended deadline to submit a a Change of Moderator form for the following academic year.
